By using ImageStretcher (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ImageStretcher provides tools to stretch and crop images. Core stretch, crop, and download features run on your device. An optional Share link feature lets you send a copy with a small ImageStretcher.io mark so we can host a public share page. Shared images are public for now, with no set end date (we may change this later; we do not currently remove them on a schedule).

The Service is provided free of charge, “as is,” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

You are responsible for the images you open or share and for having the rights to use them. Do not use the Service for unlawful content, malware, harassment, or to infringe others’ rights. We may remove or disable Share links that violate these Terms or applicable law.

When you use Share link, you grant us a limited license to store and display the marked copy as needed to operate the share page. Stretch and download without Share link do not send your files to us.

How we handle images is described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageStretcher and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
