Large camera files are limited by what the browser can hold in memory. A 24 MP still may feel slow on an older phone; if preview lags, start from a smaller export or a modest output size.
We do not store your photos. Leave the page and in-memory previews are gone unless you downloaded a file. Family pictures never go to a third-party uploader unless you choose Share link.
