Stretch Templates

This index uses the same warm paper as the page, and one deep-teal bottle as the sample. Open a platform when you know the app. Lock a ratio when you only know the shape. Open Print or Passport when the job is a sheet. Compress and convert leave the pixels alone.

A deep-teal glass bottle on stone linen, already composed in a tall frame on warm paper

A story frame is already tall

The bottle stands on the stone linen. The paper behind it is the same warm ground as this page. Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, a Pinterest Idea Pin, and a WhatsApp status are 1080×1920. That is a tall frame. When the requirement names the app, open that page. The bottle is the picture. The template is the frame.

The same teal bottle at the left of a wide warm-paper ground, linen still at the base

A cover keeps the ground and loses the height

The same bottle sits at the left. The linen stays at the base, and the warm paper runs on, empty, to the right edge. YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and an X header are covers. They keep the horizon. If you know 16:9 and not the app, lock the ratio instead of picking a platform.

Lock 16:9

A profile file is square

The bottle is centered, and the empty paper is the same on every side. The linen is gone. Profile photos and shop icons are squares. A round avatar cuts the corners afterward. The file you export stays square.

A listing sits between the square and the story

The tall bottle filled into 4:5, so the neck is shorter than in the story frame

This is the tall bottle filled into 4:5. The neck is shorter than it was in the story frame, and the glass is fatter. 4:5 is taller than the square and shorter than 1080×1920. Etsy listing photos are 4:5, so a shop icon and a listing are two files.

Print is a blank card, not a story

The teal bottle standing on a blank off-white card, lighter than the warm paper around it

The bottle stands on a card that is lighter than the paper around it. The card has no type. That card is the print job. A4 at 300 DPI is 2480×3508. A passport frame is 35×45 millimeters at the same 300 DPI, a head-and-shoulders box. It is not this card, and it is not 1080×1920. Inches, centimeters, and millimeters are the unit row under the cards.

Convert changes the ground, not the bottle

The teal bottle on a pure white ground, the margin a JPEG would paint

The margin around the bottle is pure white. Convert keeps the pixel size and changes JPG, PNG, or WebP. A JPEG fills the empty margin with white. This is that file.

The teal bottle on the warm paper ground, the margin a PNG can keep

The margin here is the warm paper, the same ground as the page. PNG can keep it. Compress does not change this frame. It only hunts a smaller file in KB or MB.

The teal bottle, a white bowl, and a closed gray notebook on one warm-paper table

Batch is three files, one size

The bottle, a plain white bowl, and a closed gray notebook are three pictures on one table. None of them carries type. Batch stretches up to 20 different files to one target and packs a ZIP. It does not copy one bottle three times.

The tall bottle pulled to 1500×500, the neck flattened

1500×500 is a size and a header

The tall bottle pulled to 1500×500 flattens the neck. That pair is a Common sizes row, and it is also the X header. The pixels match. Open X when the job names the app. Open Common sizes when you only have the width and the height.
